Shipping Policy

When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email and will have pre-authorised your chosen payment method. As soon as your items are available to dispatch we will charge your payment method and start the dispatch process. Should your items be unavailable to dispatch within the timescale indicated on the product page then we will get in touch with you immediately and remove the pre-authorisation should you not wish to wait. You will receive a further email from us with a tracking link as soon as your items have left the warehouse.

If an item includes 'White Glove Delivery' then it includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house.
